Nasals:

2 squirts up each nostril daily for 2 weeks.

After 2 weeks if your at your desired colour reduce dosage to 3 times weekly/before UV exposure.

Drops:

5-10 drops under your tongue daily.

Hold for 20-30 seconds and swallow.
