Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, subject to minimum spend requirements.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping fees caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
